What we can do for you.....We help you evaluate the effectiveness of your team, and create and implement a plan to enhance both relationship and task systems.
An ineffective team is chronically unable to deliver results, or, if they do deliver, it is at a high cost to team member relationships. The decision-making system is impaired because of the inability or unwillingness of team members to assess and act on a problem or challenge. Answer the questions below to evaluate the health of your team. If you answer “no” to any of the questions, your team may be in need of a tune up. Or, if you don't know the answers to the questions, perhaps you could ask you team.
